It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
   
   
2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
   
   
3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

No, but the wall matters. Against chalky off-white or pale grey the blue reads clearly and the white bird stands out. On a stark bright white wall the softer top half can look faint, so a slim white or pale frame edge, or a wall with a hint of warmth or blue in it, gives the image a cleaner boundary.

Aim for at least 15–20cm of clear wall on each side, more if you can. Most of this image is open water and sky, and that emptiness is what makes it feel calm. Crowd it with shelves, sconces or another frame too close and the quiet effect disappears. Above a bed, centre it on the headboard.

Yes, and it's one of the better rooms for it. Hang it on a wall away from direct spray and shower steam, ideally beside the basin or opposite the bath. The cool blue works with white tiles, stone and chrome or brushed nickel fittings, and the single tall subject suits the narrow wall spaces bathrooms usually offer.
